What time should I arrive on the wedding day?

Please arrive from 5:00 pm.
The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30 pm, so we kindly ask everyone to be on time.

What should I wear to the wedding?

Elegant summer outfits work perfectly. Everything is outdoors, so go for shoes you’re happy walking on grass in.
Men usually go for light suits or a smart shirt and trousers; women for dresses or summer eveningwear.
And please avoid white — Zoila would like to be the only one in it on the day! ;)

What kind of food will be served on the wedding day?

Dinner will be buffet style, with lots of options for everyone – including vegetarian, vegan and other dietary-friendly dishes. If you have any specific needs, just let us know when you RSVP.

How does the bar work on the wedding day?

We’ll have an open bar after the ceremony. It will take a short break during dinner and the speeches – during that time we’ll be serving Morgado do Quintão wines – and then it’ll open again for the rest of the night.

Is parking available at the wedding venue?

Yes, there is parking on-site at Morgado do Quintão for anyone who wishes to drive.

Will you organise transport after the wedding?

Yes. At the end of the night, we’ll provide transport from the vineyard back to key nearby towns (Carvoeiro, Lagoa, Ferragudo). More details will follow closer to the date.

What time are the welcome party?

Welcome drinks will take place on Friday, 3 July from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm in Carvoeiro. We’ll share the exact Google Maps link closer to the date via email or WhatsApp.

What should I wear to the welcome party?

Something relaxed, summery and comfortable. It’s an informal evening.

Will there be drinks at the welcome party?

Yes – drinks will be included throughout the welcome drinks from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm.

Is there parking at the welcome party?

No, there’s no parking at the place or nearby, so it’s best not to drive. A taxi or Uber is the easiest option.

Will both events be outdoors?

Yes — the welcome drinks and the entire wedding day (ceremony, dinner, dancing) are outdoors. There will be shade and comfortable areas throughout.

What will the weather be like?

July in the Algarve is warm and sunny, usually between 27–33°C. Evenings can be breezy, so bringing a light layer is a good idea. .

Are children invited?

We’ve chosen to keep the wedding adults-only.

Do you have honeymoon fund details?

Yes – if you’d like to contribute, we’ll have a link on the ‘Gifts’ page. We’re thrilled that you can share our special day, so there is absolutely no obligation.

When should we RSVP by?

Please RSVP as soon as you can, but no later than 1st May, 2026 – it really helps us with planning.
